Jennifer Sjoblom is a seasoned real estate broker with Baird & Warner Real Estate, where she brings her expertise in both residential and commercial real estate to serve her clients effectively. Explaining the real estate process in terms easily understood by all clients takes excellent communication skills, which Jennifer has in abundance. “Being able to communicate is huge in this industry, as we need to relate to all different personality types in negotiations,” she explains. “It is also key in follow-up because for many people, the whole process can be stressful, confusing and complex.” 

A Realtor with Baird & Warner, Frankfort, Jennifer received her managing broker’s license in 2022. “This has been a goal of mine for a long time,” she shares. “I enjoy learning and am always looking for ways to improve and grow professionally.” Sjoblom hasn’t moved from sales into a managing broker role yet and instead continues to serve her broad base of clients. Jennifer is also a licensed real estate instructor, teaching pre-licensing, continuing education, and professional development courses. Jennifer also serves a trainer and mentor for new agents in her office. 

Jennifer is a member of Illinois REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the local Realtor association, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors’, where she is currently serving on the Board of Directors and previously served as the Chair of Government Affairs Committee (South Division). In recent years she worked with the Village of Homewood to complete a Placemaking Grant for a permanent parklet for the community to enjoy. She is a member of the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce and the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce. A consistent top producing agent, she has repeatedly been named to Baird & Warner’s President and Chairman Clubs. Jennifer has been featured Chicago Magazine’s “Who’s Who” edition and has received the Top 3% in Transactions Award from the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.  

Jennifer doesn't consider the closing of a real estate transaction to be the end of the relationship. She is always available to her clients if they need help, advice, referrals or anything else.
