Ms. Sjoblom facilitated the sale of my late mother's house in a difficult market. We had several offers and she sold the house in about one week for a much higher price (higher than the asking price) than the so called experts in the area had predicted. Her professional, collaborative and friendly manner make her easy to work with. She helped guide me through the process so that everything was in place for the closing. After working for nine months getting the house ready, it was very gratifying working with Ms. Sjoblom who proved to be very resourceful and available when needed. If you have a chance to snag Jen as your real estate agent, do it !!!!!! She is super-fantastic in every way. She sold two houses for us - pretty much back to back - and both came with their share of challenges. First, Jen is extremely knowledgeable and coaches and guides well. Second, she is OUTSTANDING at reliability and follow-up, and never dropped the ball on even the smallest task. Third, she makes herself available. There was never a time when I waited more than a couple of hours for an e-mail response or text or phone call from Jen. She is extremely proactive and takes the time to do her job with excellence. Last, she is a sheer pleasure to work with, professional in every circumstance, and has a good disposition for diffusing difficult situations (.... and even sometimes a little funny !).
